Your bill can be paid in cash or by card.
According to the Italian consumer protection code, there is no right of cancellation. Nevertheless, we offer you the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: only the deposit will be retained
- Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
- Cancellation from 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price will be charged
- In case of early departure or no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
To be prepared for unforeseen circumstances and to cover any cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
By arrangement your four-legged friend is also welcome with us (surcharge of €10.00 per pet and day without food).
Check-in: your apartment is ready from 2 pm on the day of arrival
Check-out: on the day of departure your apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms at the Branterhof – please use the outdoor areas instead.

Experience the farm
Our farm on the edge of the village of Rasun di Sopra is not only home for cows and cattle, but also for our hens, ducks, kittens and our dog Felix. The spacious garden and sunbathing lawn invite you to relax and soak up the sun. For our little guests, a playground is always available.
The farmstead can be visited in the company of us hosts. We kindly ask you not to enter the barn alone to avoid any potentially dangerous situations. If you have any questions about the animals, we will of course be happy to answer them at any time.

The Branterhof is situated amidst wide meadows on the edge of the village of Rasun di Sopra, right at the entrance to the Valle di Anterselva.
If you are arriving via the Brennero motorway (A22), take the Bressanone-Valle Isarco exit and follow the Pusteria main road (E66) for 38 km towards Brunico–San Candido. At the junction for Valle di Anterselva–Passo Stalle turn left onto the Strada della Valle di Anterselva (SP 44) and after about 500 m take the second exit at the roundabout. Continue on the Strada della Valle di Anterselva for another 2.5 km and then turn right into the street “Zegl”. After 100 m you will have reached your destination.
If you are arriving via Cortina d’Ampezzo, follow the Alemagna (SS 51) to Dobbiaco, where you join the Pusteria main road (E66). Follow this for 16.5 km towards Brunico and turn right onto the Strada della Valle di Anterselva (SP 44). After about 500 m take the second exit at the roundabout. Continue on the Strada della Valle di Anterselva for another 2.5 km and then turn right into the street “Zegl”. After 200 m you will have reached your destination.
